How to change the icon's background and color ?


Follow these steps to change the background :

Go to the Archive: Open the section where your image or icon is stored.

Select the Image: Click on the icon or image you want to edit.

Click the Three Dots: This will open additional options.

Choose "Cutout Background": Select this option to remove the background.

Click "Auto Cut-out": The background will automatically be removed, leaving just the icon.

Changing the Icon Color:

Click on "Adjust Color": This option allows you to change the color of the icon.

Click the Color Box: Open the color selection tool.

Choose Your Desired Color: Use the color picker to select the new color for your icon.

Save the Changes: Click the "Save" button located in the top-right corner to apply the changes.

Your icon will now have the updated background and color!

How to change the font style and text spacing for both desktops and mobiles? 

Follow these steps:

Click the Font Style Edit Button: Start by selecting the font style edit option from your Manage Menu & design panel.

Go to the Edit Page: Navigate to the page where you want to modify the text.

Select the Heading or Text: Choose the specific text type (H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, you want to customize.

Adjust Font Style, Size & Spacing:

   - Font Style: Choose a new font from the available options.

   - Font Size: Adjust the size of the text to suit your layout.

   - Spacing: Modify the spacing between letters or lines to enhance readability.

Separate Settings for Desktop & Mobile: Ensure you adjust font styles and spacing for both desktop and mobile views to optimize the experience on different devices.

Save Your Changes: Once you're satisfied with the modifications, save the changes to apply them.

Now, your fonts and text spacing will be tailored to look great on both desktops and mobile devices!

How to integrate WhatsApp and a phone number into your website?

Follow these steps:

Click the Gadget Edit Button: Start by selecting the Gadget edit option from the Manage menu & design page.

Go to the Edit Page: Navigate to the section where you want to add WhatsApp or phone number functionality.

Click the Add Button: This will allow you to enter new data.

Enter Your WhatsApp & Phone Number: Input your WhatsApp number (with country code) and your phone number.

Save Your Data: Click the Save Data button to store the entered information.

Your WhatsApp and phone number will now be integrated and visible on your website for easy customer contact.

How to change the button's style ?


 Follow these steps:

Go to the Edit Page: Select the section where you want to modify or add a button.

Click the Setup Link Button: Activate the button by toggling the "ON" switch for visibility.

Enter Button Text: Type in the label for the button, like "Read More," "Book Now," etc.

Enter the Link: Input the desired link in the Button Link field.

Modify Button Style: Click on "Button Style" and select the appearance of the button.

Save Changes: Once you're satisfied with the edits, click Save.

How to Change the Button Color ? 

Go to the Manage Menu and Design Page.

In the Site Theme Color block, modify the First Color Box to adjust the button color.

After selecting the new color, be sure to Save your changes.

Your button will now reflect the new color and style!

How to change your website's theme color? 

Follow these simple steps:

Go to the Manage Menu & Design Page.

Navigate to the Site Theme Color.

Click on the color box you wish to modify.

Use the color picker tool to select your desired color.

Once you’re happy with the selection, click the Choose button to save your changes.

Your website's theme will update with the new color instantly!

How to rearrange sections on your website?

Follow these steps:

Go to the Page Edit Box: Navigate to the page where you want to rearrange sections.

Use the Eye Icon: Click the eye emoji to preview the selected section.

Note: Do not delete any section before viewing it, as deletions cannot be undone.

Select the Section: Place your cursor over the six dots next to the section you want to move.

Drag and Drop: Click and hold the section, then drag it up or down to the desired position.

Refresh the Preview Page: Once you’ve rearranged the sections, refresh your website’s preview to ensure the changes look correct.

Now your sections are organized exactly how you want them!

How to edit your website for both mobile and desktop views?

Follow these steps:

Open the Pages Edit Box: Navigate to the page you want to edit.

Locate the Mobile and Desktop Icons: In the blue edit box, at the bottom-right corner, you will see icons for mobile and desktop.

Choose the Device View: Click on either the mobile or desktop icon depending on which version you want to edit.

Edit for Different Devices: You will have different sections for mobile and desktop, where you can make changes specifically for each device.

Save Your Changes: After editing, save the modifications to apply them separately for mobile and desktop versions.

This way, you can ensure that your website looks perfect on both mobile and desktop devices!

Here are the 3 main reasons why your edits might not be saving:

Unsaved Changes: You might not have clicked the Save button after making your edits. Be sure to save your work every time.

Internet Connection Issues: Check if you have a stable internet connection. If there’s a problem, refresh RAPTWEB once your connection is restored.

Session Timeout: Your session might have expired, logging you out automatically. Try refreshing the page and logging back in.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please raise a support ticket for further assistance.

How to preview your website after editing?

Follow these steps:

Go to the Manage Menu: Navigate to the Manage Menu & Design Pages.

Find the Page: In the list of pages, locate the specific page you've been editing.

Click the Preview Button: Right next to the edit button, you’ll find the Preview button (usually the last button in the row). Click on it to view your changes.

Refresh the Preview Page: After making any edits, be sure to refresh the preview page to see the most recent updates reflected.

Note: Always refresh the preview after editing to ensure all changes are applied correctly.

This allows you to view and confirm your updates before connecting the website to a live domain.

How to copy a page?

Follow these steps:

Go to Manage Menu & Design Page: Open the page where you manage and edit your website pages.

Choose the Page: Select the page you want to copy or create a new page.

Click the Copy Icon: On the selected page, click the Copy icon.

Select the Page to Copy From: You will be prompted to choose which page design you want to duplicate.

Confirm the Copy: Select the desired page, and the design will be copied onto the new or selected page.

Now you have a duplicate of the chosen page design!

How to change the footer?

Follow these steps:

Go to Manage Menu & Design Page: Navigate to the page where you manage and design your website.

Locate the Footer Customize Option: On the right-hand side, you'll find the Footer Customize Edit option.

Click on the Footer Edit Option: Once selected, you'll have access to all available options for editing the footer, such as changing content, links, or layout.

Make Your Changes: Customize the footer as needed, adjusting text, links, icons, or other elements.

Check the Tutorial Video: A video tutorial is available for further instructions within the editor.

After making your changes, don't forget to save them to apply the updates to your website.

Follow these steps:

Go to Manage Menu & Design Page: Open the section where you can manage your website’s design.

Locate the Header Customize Option: On the right-hand side, you'll find the Header Customize Edit option.

Click on the Header Edit Option: Once you click it, all the available options for editing your logo, menu, and other header elements will appear.

Make Your Changes: Update your logo, adjust the menu items, or modify the header style as needed.
